Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), a practice born in Japan, consists of immersing yourself in the forest with awareness, allowing yourself to be enveloped by the sounds, scents and energy of the forest. It is not a simple walk, but a profound sensory experience, guided by specialized operators.
