Farms, expert craftsmen: the walks along the paths with stops where history, culture and curiosities of the territory mix, also offer the possibility of having experiences. That of a master cutler or a stonemason; that of a dairy to learn the process of cheese production, potato harvesting or grape harvesting, are activities that contribute to enhancing the Mugello territory.
The experiences envisaged by the project are organised in collaboration with the artisan and food and wine companies of the territory and take place in the spaces made available by them. The producers are the true protagonists of the experience. They tell their story, transmit to the participants their passion for their profession and that for the territory in which they have chosen to live and work. In fact, producers are the true custodians of knowledge of the territory, its geological, climatic and social conformation.
Users are not passive observers but actively participate in the production processes, taking home, in addition to the product, the experience, which is worth much more, because it remains imprinted in memories, because it is told and by telling it the message is amplified.
The product is the fruit of that experience and its value is inherent in the memory.
